Garage Door Openers · Coral Springs, FL
Every opener we install.
LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and legacy Craftsman service — chain drive, belt drive, jackshaft. Every new install is SB-969 battery-backup compliant.
Opener Brands
Three brands. One install crew.
LiftMaster and Chamberlain are the two we sell new. Craftsman is the legacy line we service — they discontinued openers in 2020, but we still stock parts and remotes.

LiftMaster
Residential and commercial opener market leader — 8500W jackshaft, 84505R belt drive, 8155W chain drive, LJ8950W commercial. All SB-969 compliant.

Chamberlain
Sister brand to LiftMaster — B2215T smart Wi-Fi belt drive, B2401, D2101 chain, RJO101 wall-mount. SB-969 compliant residential lineup.

Craftsman
Craftsman discontinued openers in 2020 — but we still service every Craftsman we ever installed and stock replacement parts and remotes. We can upgrade to current LiftMaster or Chamberlain if you'd prefer.

Three motor types, three price points, three sound profiles. Quick decoder:
- Chain drive — loudest, cheapest. Metal chain pulls the door up like a bicycle chain. Best for detached garages or garages with no living space above.
- Belt drive — quiet (rubber belt instead of chain). Best for garages with bedrooms or living rooms above. Most homeowners pick this. ~$150-300 more than chain.
- Jackshaft / wall-mount — quietest. Motor mounts on the wall next to the door, no overhead rail. Required for high ceilings, car lifts, or storage above the opener path. Highest-priced — and worth it if it's the right fit.
Every new opener we install includes battery backup (California SB-969), myQ smart access, two remotes, a wireless keypad, and a wall button. The $700 special on our pricing page is a LiftMaster, your pick of chain or belt drive, installed.
See the $700 opener special →Repair, replace, or modernize.
- Opener repair — most opener issues (capacitor, gear, logic board, photo eyes, drive) are repairable in one visit. See the opener repair page for the full diagnostic list.
- Old opener replacement — we replace any brand. Pre-2010 openers don't have battery backup and aren't worth repairing once a major component fails — we'll quote a current LiftMaster or Chamberlain instead.
- Smart upgrade — if your opener still works but lacks Wi-Fi / smart access, we can add a myQ retrofit kit instead of replacing the whole opener.
